The Essential Job Interview Organizer is designed for job interviewers and interviewee alike.
For starters, it comes complete with more than one hundred carefully-selected job interview questions with key insight and expert advice, organized in hierarchical groups laid out flat for ultra convenient access.
What makes the application that much more powerful, and sets it apart from all others is the fact that users and HR departments can create their own fully-customized question sets and corresponding notes, either through duplication of existing ones or starting from scratch.
All question sets defined can then be used with the "Start Interview" feature, with the date, time and name of the interviewee recorded, plus any notes taken during the interview process, to be reviewed at a later date and perhaps by a different person.
For HR departments, the organizer provides the means to standardize the interview process and guidelines for different vacancies, and to keep accurate records of all interviews undertaken.
